The staff was wonderful, but the room itself left a lot to be desired. I first had an issue with being in a room that only had one bed for three adults. It was rapidly corrected. However, the WIFI didn't work, the television remote was at first missing and the replacement didn't work. The building is obviously tired; tub was so dirty-we didn't use it and the air conditioning worked sporadically. The beds themselves were clean and ok in comfort but for $89 plus tax per night, the property needs maintenance and people need to be warned that this is also an extended, weekly residence. Privacy was limited- until we closed the curtains, children were staring into the room and there were arguments and loud conversations after 11pm. If I were basing my stay solely on the staff- I would stay again but based on the building and atmosphere- I would not use again or recommend to others

Due to unforeseen circumstances and conditions (ie: the passing of my mother) this hotel wouldn’t issue me a refund and both myself and Expedia have been trying to contact the hotel as well as speak with the General Manager and they’re hanging up in my face, Expedia’s customer service face as well. A woman claiming to be the General Manager then states to me she needs to speak with Expedia in order to the cancel and issue the refund but then as soon as Expedia contacts them they tell them to tell me they can’t issue the refund and call back ain 20mins to speak with the General Manager
Staff was nice and attentive. The property was terrible. So called renovation but it looked like a motel on the walking dead. No pool. It’s a plot of grass and it has regular tenants that live there.
