Upon arrival we were informed that we still owed $48 even though we had a receipt to show that we had paid the full amount.
Finally a manager came in and said just to pay $14. It was so late we had no other choice except to pay the demand. A bullet vested security guard led us to our room after we went back to the front because our key did not work. Again the security guards key did not work so then we were told to call maintenance and have them lettuce in once they determined that he did not work for them also. Is persistent knocking on the window resulted in resulted in no reply from the inside managers or night shift. This hotel needs to come off Expedia's list it is unsafe it is dirty it is incompetent people and we want our money back.
Too much nosies staff shall have told me the wont have no one at dist to pick up my scurity deposit when i told them im leaveing very soon the say i will pick up my money even i told im checking out very early .i ask for a changes of room the say the full .the was no peice an quiet when kids cryinh an over my head peoples nocking 2am in the morning .
The room was nasty, need tones of work done to the room. Looked like mold in bathroom ceiling. Wasn’t any tissue. Tv didn’t work. No WiFi as advertised. Just filthy in the place altogether. Roaches in the furniture as you can tell roach infested. I don’t understand how that place is even open to operate for business. Definitely was false advertisement when I was browsing online. Very disappointed in everything within the place.
I booked the hotel for Saturday June 27, to leave on June 28, when I got here they told me that all the rooms were occupied and that they couldn't do anything, I traveled from South Carolina and I had no place to stay here, I need my money back , it is a terrible service in this hotel

They are good people who work there and make sure you're safe. Definitely showed a side I haven't seen in a lot of hotels, and helped me in a situation that was unfortunate because of hotels.com and the hotel itself.
As I always requested for a smoker room this time I was charged for something I had nothing to do with because how I checked in. I was not honored by the request and sited of smoking in my room. I don’t know how to explain what my request was but I’m not sure if I should rate it well. I am also wondering why Saturday is half credit upon checking in because you don’t have enough time to enjoy your money if you’re not properly credited for time checking out
I booked a room but upon arrival I was told there were none available. I explained over the phone that I had booked a room and was told they just sold out . I then asked if I would be charged for cancellation due to the hotel not having any rooms . I was told contact Expedia and I was still charged a fee I feel scammed .
