I’m highly unlikely to recommend AC Hotel Atlanta Airport Gateway to anyone. My negative experience started at check-in when the staff was less than welcoming. Once I reached my room and prepared to freshen up, I discovered a towel with a ball of hair rolled up in it. I called to request the bathroom be cleaned again and fresh towels provided, but no one ever came. When I followed up later that night, I was told housekeeping had left for the day and there was nothing they could do. I was told they would check for a room change, but that didn’t happen either. Additionally, my experience at the hotel bar was just as disappointing. I was ignored by the bartender for 15 minutes, and when she finally took my order, there was no greeting to me or the other Black guests, despite her also being Black. I waited over an hour for my food while other guests who ordered at the same time were served. When I asked about my order, she took another 15 minutes before checking on it, then claimed the cook never received the ticket. Her dismissive behavior the entire time made me feel like she purposely withheld my order. Overall, my stay was an entire disappointment, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst experience ever. I had a very important job interview the next day and my plan was to land in Atlanta, change into my pajamas, and study the night before my interview. I had no Internet. No service on my phone and zero service in my room. I couldn’t call out, I couldn’t text, couldn’t FaceTime. The hotel had zero Internet. None. When I called downstairs, the girl said “there are dead spots in the hotel, I don’t even have service right now“. Not helpful. She suggested I go to their business center and do my studying. I didn’t pay for the business center, I paid for a nice comfortable room. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. Nightmare experience.

We stayed here last minute after a flight delay. The hotel was clean and modern. I chose it because we could walk to the SkyTrain which was very convenient. We didn't have time to try out the restaurant or any amenities, but had a comfortable stay.

One negative was the availability of restaurants and room service. We were attending a Women’s conference and arrived late at night and left early mornings. It would have been nice if meals were available for purchase during those times.
