the property wasn’t bad , it was cute and alot of free snacks which is really nice ! i asked the host if we could know if more people are checking in so me and my friends (all females) aren’t surprised when a random stranger comes in. Host got super offensive and gave attitude when i asked. Also told us check out is at 10:30 when it wasn’t till 11:30

I was unaware of a security deposit until I already paid. Then, when I paid to request if we could cancel, the owner ignored my calls. I was woken up at night by a tenant who was outside around 5 AM with the exhaust of the car in front of my room, which was very loud. Another gas was walking through the house, extremely agitated because the heater got moved to a room upstairs. Also, I got woke up at 8 AM by tenants who are unclear of how to check in. They informed me that the owner told them they could check in at 8 AM. It’s now been over two weeks and I never received my deposit back. Cute but sketchy, like a typical Atlanta scam. Lots of bombs that walk in front of the house at all hours of the day night and morning

Don't book this!! They confirm your reservation, take your money and don't give you the information to gain entrance. Stood outside for 1/2 hr whiles Hotels.com also tried to contact them & no answer by phone or text or email. Had to go find another hotel because they would not respond.

It was an amazing stay, property was beautiful, host and staff attentive and right on top of all request. We enjoyed the snacks that where complimentary to all guest. The concept top tier. We/ all family and friends visiting Atlanta I would recommend this establishment. Alecia was very kind.

Do not stay here unless you want to room with the biggest cockroaches you have seen in your life. I was eating dinner and I saw a cockroach crawling around my feet the size of a big male toe. (sorry men) I lost my appetite. Her customer service skills are bad from the first time I contacted her. She encourages people to look else where to stay if you dislike minor things. She also charges people an additional deposit after booking through Hotels. I would prefer to do all finances through Hotels as I trust this company. Also, the property does not match the pictures listed. In addition, her place is very dirty with multiple bugs and insects in the room. There is construction going on which can be dangerous for those staying there. Only stay here if you like glamping with cockroaches.
