Staff were great. I arrived at 8am on a red-eye and, despite not asking for early check-in on my booking, were able to let me in the room then. Only complaint is the wifi in the room was a little patchy.

We had a terrible stay. Although the location is great and the staff at the front desk was very kind, helpful, and professional, the property is not clean or well-maintained. From the elevator floors to the carpet in the hallways and rooms, to the air conditioners in the room and bathroom, everything feels and looks dirty. We stayed for two nights, and housekeeping entered the room only to leave “clean” towels. Didn’t even make our beds. Not to mention the dust and smell of mould coming from the air conditioner had us congested and with an allergic reaction the entire time. Would not recommend anyone to stay here and definitely won’t be back.
