Pretty good!

Super easy to check-in and access my room. The room was nice, clean and modern. Overall, I'd give my stay a 9/10. Two areas I think this location could improve to earn a 10/10: 1) Make sure your elevators are functional - I had to go down 8 flights of stairs because the elevator did not seem to be functioning. After hitting the button, it did not stay lit and even after hitting the button multiple times to call the elevator and waiting 10 minutes, there was not elevator that arrived. I was in a hurry already to attend a business meeting and could not wait any longer so I had to take the stairs - with my luggage and layers of business clothing. 2) a lesser concern, the TV was hard to use and difficult to navigate the channels. The TV provided no channel information when channel-surfing and many channels did not seem to come in - instead, a static image of a picture frame appeared for over a dozen channels.

It was unfortunate that the elevators were not working. Everyone had to use the 1 service elevator which made for very long wait times. My husband is not able to do many flights of stairs. Staff was very good!!!

What a huge huge disappoint. I booked a night and due to a storm and a cancelled flight wad unable to make the night here. I called expedia who said they needed approval to get a refund. Just got a email that they didnt get it. Huge failon Marriot. Im.a 75 plus night a year and they are my next call. This isnt a way to treat your loyal customers. I had a booking with you for next year for the Mart and I will cancel. Pretty disappointing. I would be very very careful booking anything at this Hotel .

Only one elevator in operation, very slow. Waited almost an hr. on a hamburger order at the bar. It snowed 2-3 inches, parking lot was a mess. Bed was comfortable.
