Decent stay for the location is within walking distance from Amtrak. Uber is recommended to explore city. Front desk staff is all ypu will see. NO EARLY CHECK IN - All rooms unavailable due to clean mid-day when staff arrives...... not as a person check out

The cleaning staff had to be contacted at 2:30 by the front office staff to get a room ready by 3 PM for my check in. I realized the next morning that they did not have a shower curtain in the room. I mentioned it to the front office staff that morning. When I arrived back to my room at 8:30 PM, the room had not been cleaned and a shower curtain was left on the bed for me to put up myself. The front office staff apologized and told me they were short staffed. They should have offered a discount or free parking ($12/day) for a future stay.

Stayed 4 days, got zero room service; problem worsened by fact they only give you two thin towels. Asked 3 times for wakeup calls, only 1 was made. Elevator bounced and jerked pretty strongly for a few seconds at third floor, was rather scary. (It was the only elevator for the building). One overworked ice machine for the entire hotel. $12 charge per night to park a car.

Very very basic

Umm super super economy, area is less than desirable. Really just gives you the very basics. Bring eye mask and ear plugs.
