Great hotel if you’re flying in or out of Hartsfield-Jackson airport. Shuttle service is fantastic and the rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Had an amazing stay at Atlanta Airport Marriott. The hotel was comfortable, and the food was absolutely fantastic—definitely a highlight of the trip. Highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

I didn't like that they charged so much for parking, plus it wasn't enough parking. Cars were on the curb, to far to walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean, decent atmosphere. I enjoyed the gym and the inside heated pool there. The food was also good. Planes flying every few minutes, which was understandable but kind of nerve-wracking being in the 10th floor with window on that particular side. Overall it was okay.

We had our flight cancelled due to the fire at Heathrow airport. No one was bothered to co tact me back ,despite me trying several times to ask if we were able to change or cancel.i got the standard pre written email . I saved for 4 years to bring my mom 82 to Nashville,staying in your hotel was part of our trip . I know I have no rights . But a human to speak to would have been a start . I was informed that as I booked through Hotels.com that it was their decision as to what outcome I got ,when asking for help to sort out loosing the trip . We could have flew out a few days later .but cod not afford to re book the hotel . Thank you for not being bothered .you helped make a bad situation even worse !

Beds are horrible. If you are tall, your feet will dangle from the end of the bed. Hard, probably the worst I've been on. Check your towel situation before going to bed. We didn't. 3 people in the room and had 1 washcloth, 2 towels.
