During my recent visit to the city for professional obligations, I inadvertently left behind a few personal belongings. The following morning, I contacted the establishment to specify the items and their precise locations; however, security personnel informed me that they could not locate them in the room. This oversight raises concerns about their hiring practices and accountability. It appears they absolve themselves of responsibility for possessions stolen by housekeeping staff. Consequently, my experience with the Marriott has left a decidedly unfavorable impression, rendering me hesitant to consider future stays at their property.

When we checked in the hotel, our room was occupied by someone else. They gave us another room & the bathroom was dirty. We had to find other hotel at 2:00am, this was so disappointing. Also the rooms need to be updated I felt like it was false advertisement.

Really really nice property. The breakfast at The Sear Restaurant was awesome. The cook was very interactive, clean was sure not to cross contaminate the food despite making several perfect orders at one time.

Room, service and location was fine. It’s walkable to aquarium and Coca Cola. I did not like a few other things 1. $60 for parking per night 2. You have to be a Marriott member to have WiFi access or you pay $15 3. Not sure what’s with no drinking water in room. Had to buy from vending machine. $2.60 / 500ml

At checkin- they gave away our double bed room. We booked because we had 4 people. This was at 2 am, they told us they were booked and the conference happening took priority over other 3rd party guest. They said they would give us a king with a sofa bed , but they had no king and sofa bed. They said they'd give a roll away for the night and we could move. This was at 2:00 am. There were 6-8 other guest complaining at this time saying they've waited hours for a roll away. The manager was not responsive , left his front desk staff to field all of the unhappy customers. He did not come out to apologize , or offer any type of compensation. The front desk ladies were trying their best to mitigate the situation without their leaders support.
