Ive stayed at this property a few times and am impressed with the updates. The staff at the desk is nice but to casual; you dont sitting while working with customers. Housekeepers are loud in the halls when cleaning and playing music but nice. Bottom floor rooms off stairs lend to more guest smoking marajuana. My room 137 had a safety and security issue - door did not self close without slamming and bolt lock was hard to lock in. Hotel needs to spray extra for roaches on bottom floor. GM Miranda was awesome allowing me to check out a bit later due to my travels. Overall I like this hotel very much and will continue to stay.

No sound proofing between rooms

The only complaint was we had a room that had a door to connect to the room next if people wanted connected rooms you could hear every word in the room next door thru that door. People were up talking until 1:30 not loud just NO sound proofing between rooms with that door. No privacy when talking or when tv on could hear.

Once we got a room it was nice and clean. However, upon our arrival around 8pm, they said they didn't have a room for us. they put us temporarily in a room with 1 king bed. We'd asked for 2 beds because we were travelling with our 15 yr old grandson. They were out of rollaway beds too. She was very nice, but an hour and a half later they finally found a room for us wth 2 beds. No discount was offered because there was no manager on duty.
