I found this hotel on Expedia.com so I didn’t see the reviews until after I booked my reservation so I was a little concerned going there because of previous reviews. However I was not disappointed CJ was very welcoming and nice I loved how often they cleaned my room and the cleanliness of the hotel. I also loved the free breakfast and mini store they have in front I plan on staying there again when I come back to town

Felipe, the front desk worker, was completely incompetent. He appeared to be under the influence and was unable to handle his job or process conversations. My family and I had booked two separate rooms, but he mixed up the reservations. Instead of admitting his mistake, he fabricated a story, claiming that my family member used my ID to check in. I had to correct him multiple times, which only led to more lies from him. This became extremely frustrating, so I just asked for the room keys. The first set he gave us was for a room that was already occupied. When I requested the correct keys, and realized he mixed up our rooms, he refused to give them to us, despite the fact that I had already paid. In the end, we had no choice but to leave. They refused to refund our money, and I lost money. It’s clear that this place is desperate for cash and lacks the proper technology to ensure smooth guest check-ins. I strongly advise against booking at this hotel or any location within this chain!
