Room was located in the first floor close to reception and dining area which made it a bit noisy at times! Had some issues with the toilet not flushing our first day but the maintenance person (Gustavo), arrived fast and quickly fixed the problem! Overall room was great, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included even though was plenty it could have more variety! All hotel staff were very nice and helpful!

Everything was clean and neat for a somewhat dated property. Al at front desk was very personable and nice. Room was spacious and clean. Hot Breakfast was sufficient and my beacon and egg on toast was delicious. I would definitely stay again because the price was right!

Extra clean with no smell
The room was very clean, bo funny smell. The spacious roo. With a window looking out the trees plus excellent room temperature controll. The breakfast had many choices with wholesome menu For this price of $100, i dont think i can find place like this

No room service was offer, bed was comfortable, water was hot, the remote didn’t work for the 1st night , breakfast was cool apple juice and orange juice was strong kindly blend it out. Breakfast is at 6:30am parking lot tightvon weekends. You can hear ppl outside the room and the doors slams. 4 ppl on the elevator ( scary) overall great stay. Cheaper prices on line.

The lining on one of the beds had blood on the mattress cover and sheet and blood drops on comforter and in bathroom walls was not showed pictures to staff the apologized and offered me 1000 points I ask for discount on room manager would not do won’t visits again

Was here for one night. The staff was kind and professional. The hotel was clean and quiet, as well as the room I stayed in. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Would stay here again :)

The Staff were nice and polite. Although, their hotel was in shambles. Everything is run down. It is like no maintenance was done for over 10 years or more. It is sad because I was staying in a nearby less expensive hotel that was in tip-top shape and wanted to give my granddaughters a better experience so chose this more expensive and better rated hotel and got the bottom of the barrel instead. It was hard running from a potential hurricane days in advance to get to a very unkept and shoddy place. It's in desperate need of maintenance 10 years ago. I am so upset that Orbitz/Expedia ratings were so high, I was duped out of big money to live waiting out the Storm in a ramshackle of a place. Sad.
