Construction was going on - wish it was disclosed at booking. I would have booked a different hotel for sure. Carpet in the room was beyond disgusting.

I booked the hotel online because of a previous day it was really nice however it was under another name and it had breakfast at the time. as soon as I entered the hotel I realized the whole front lobby and downstairs hallways were under renovation. the front desk agents were very friendly and professional. I got to my room sat on my bed after pulling the top blanket over and sat down. when I got up I realized that I sat in something wet and sticky. I believe it was conditioner so I know the duvet had not been changed.within an hour of being there I decided to go back downstairs but the elevator was no longer working. so it was unpleasant walking all the way up to the 4th floor via the stairwell. I also was met with an extra $100 fee and a $16 fee for incidentals Etc

We were not aware that this property was under renovation and was previously a Best Western Hotel. I even called the hotel before booking, and was not made aware of any renovations, including NO free breakfast, no use of the gym and also had to pay $5 parking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, for the price that you are paying, you may as well pay $30-$40 more and stay somewhere nicer.

The young lady at the front desk are extremely rude not Ms Brittany but the one that claim she just started today. The only person who was nice is the young man Mo who did my early check in when I arrived. He was extremely sweet and kind he deserves a promotion. This black lady currently who just started today that at the front desk at 1:39pm is disturbing and extremely disrespectful

Conveniently located next to airport. Room was spacious and clean…only needs minor updates like new outlet covers. They are currently renovating the lobby so check-in is strangely located in the hallway, awkward but efficient and quick. Location seemed safe to me but I was only there for one night to catch a flight the next morning so I don’t have much input on that.

The property is currently under ongoing construction until December. There was no advance notice informing me of the inconvenience of having to use the side door to register by the stairwell entrance. Wheeling the valet carts from the stairwell to the parking lot and back inside was very challenging and inconvenient. All I'm asking for if as a company, you have a heart, you would be willing to grant me some of discount or credit for my next stay. Thank you and regards.

We needed a pet friendly hotel to evacuate to from SW Florida during Milton at the last minute. Most locations were booked so we ended up all the way in Atlanta. This hotel was undergoing renovations but we did not experience any disruptions because of it. A little nervous about being so close to the airport but we never noticed airport noise inside either. Our rooms were clean, service was friendly and quick, parking was convenient, and there were plenty of restaurants offering delivery nearby. No complaints for the purpose of our trip.

Overall decent stay. Price was cheap as they are undergoing renovations. Close to the airport with free shuttle service which was key for my unexpected stay after weather cancellations. The place is fine, a bit outdated but clean and the rooms are large. They are starting renovations in the lobby. Only thing that really bugged me was the fee for third party booking. It’s so much more convenient to use a trusted site like Expedia.
