There were roaches in the common area but none in my room. The mirror above the sink along with my window was cracked, but it didn’t feel unsafe because I was on the top floor. Fine if you’re looking for a place to stay for a night and nothing more.

The room was so dirty we didn’t even want to stay! The only reason we stayed is because we didn’t arrive until 2 AM and could not go anywhere else at that There was something yellow that looked like urine splattered on the walls in the sleeping area. The carpet was very stained in an area that looked like dried blood was by the bed. The A/C had mildew growing on the edges and actually stopped working at some point in the night and then the heater kicked on!! This was the end of JULY mind you!! There was thick mildew all over the shower. The door to the bathroom had a broken knob. There were no blankets on the beds, only sheets. This is the worst hotel room I’ve ever been in!!

Crack house.

It was a crack house crackhead hanging in the parking lot. Filthy apartment, old Sun dry rotted curtains burn holes in the covers. Toilet seat needs replaced. I walked in and walked out and told the guy no way I could stay here he took my key card still have not been refunded.

The pictures on Expedia were very deceiving. The pool was drained and half way covered. Night walkers were present at the driveway entrance. The lobby smelled like a ton of bleach was poured to cover up something else. I stepped on a roach as soon as I entered my room. The furniture looked as if it was taken straight from a dumpster. Do not book this place!

I had an absolutely unacceptable and disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived late at night with three children and three adults, after booking two rooms in advance, and found the property to be dirty, unsanitary, and completely uninhabitable. The front desk clerk handed us one blanket per room, unwrapped and carried by hand, which was already a red flag. When we entered the room, the smell was unbearable, there was no lighting in the bedroom (only in the bathroom), and the toilet leaked dirty water from the base. We were forced to leave immediately for health and safety reasons and had to look for another hotel at 3:00 a.m., during a high-demand weekend due to a major sports event. This caused unnecessary stress and unexpected expenses for our family. I don’t understand how this hotel is still listed on platforms like Expedia. It is unsafe and should not be offered to any guest. We absolutely do not recommend it.

Bad experience

Guys trip for a baseball game in Atlanta, booked two queen beds, when we got to the room there was only one. Showed the clerk my confirmation and was told "these things happen, if I'm not happy I can contact hotels.com for a refund and get another hotel. " Game day in Atlanta had other prices higher than usual. Kept the room, pretty much took a nap and headed back to jacksonville earlier than hoped for.

This hotel is a complete dump! Do not waste your time, money, or safety staying here. Cockroaches all over the place, the whole property is dirty, stanky, and moldy. The mattresses were dirty and black, and the room was filthy! The laundry room ceiling is covered in mold, the elevator is trashed, doors slamming ar 2 and 3 am, an inch gap between the floor and the front door, no soap in the bathroom. I had asked the front desk for a blanket and another pillow (only sheets in the room) I was sent down to laundry to get it. When I asked she looked annoyed she had to put her phone down for two seconds and gave me a blanket and a pillow with NO PILLOW CASE!!! I had to ask for one and she looked further annoyed and practically threw it at me. I only stayed two nights and that was too long! Won't get reimbursed for the days I didn't stay, but it was worth it to get out. You also have entire families living there and people living in the parking lot. Honestly this property is a HUGE health hazard and is one murder away from getting shut down! Inside the room door is a sign that says "For Your Protection, when in room engage deadbolt and security latch". I took tons of pictures of the hotel to send to the Cobb County Health Department. There are also wires hanging out of the walls, outlets ripped out, fire alarm pulled out, and who knows what else is the other rooms!
