This may be a cheaper option, but I promise you it’s not worth it. I travel for work using a per diem so I try to get the best bang for my buck and this by far was a terrible decision to stay here. The towels are all stained with make up and other weird stains, which leads me to believe that they are not washing with quality products. The doors are all chewed up from the previous dogs that they have probably let stay at the location charge the customers and did not fix the door. Majority of the lights do not work as well as the parking lot , the staff has majority of the parking spots blocked off that are closer to the door. There are less options open there’s always someone in the hotel that shouldn’t be there because the police is always there serving a trespassing warrant. It’s very noisy. I had the pleasure of staying next 304 once I made the front office aware they said they would not be switching my room. The front staff is very rude. They never answer the phone.

Rude clerk, first room had to be changed due to peep hole having no glass in it I could put my finger straight in the room from the outside. Room smelled and trash in hallways. This place was trashy.

We booked 2 rooms, checked in and then found 1 room with very strong dog odor, the other one was hard to unlock then the AC didn’t power up at all. We ended up cancelling the reservation and left.

My check in on the 15th was horrible. The front desk manager or rep was completely completely rude inconvenience. My time completely had me running around to pull off cash only to find out that his systems worked. The place was trash. The bed had stains on it. The shower was leaking the entire night there was no coffee pot or anything as it says online in the room the beds had other peoples clothing from the previous night still in the room so they weren’t cleaned. It was horrible, I’ve been here three or four times before recommended other people. I will never come back here again and never advise other people to come back there again either. It’s rundown and probably only months away from being closed down.

The hotel stay is affordable, but cleanliness is a significant issue. The shared microwave is filthy, and some areas, like the exit door by the elevator, reek of urine. There are also lingering smells of marijuana on certain floors. The front desk experience varies; while most staff are decent and helpful, the morning person (Jay) is consistently rude and lacks customer service skills. A toilet leak required a room change, and the maintenance man was the only staff member who was consistently personable and helpful. However, communication with the housekeeping staff can be difficult as many don't speak English. The hotel grounds are generally clean, aside from litter left by guests. You get what you pay for!!!
