Gave my credit card for the 50 dollar hold, and some one made a cooy of card and tried to scam me the next morning. Room had blonde hair on the restroom floor (im not a blonde).

The inside of the hotel is clearly worn, with paint missing from walls. It definitely needs a makeover. The furniture in the room is covered in scratches and chips, and the lamp bases are rusted and covered in scratches. Our room had dust over the beds, the carpet had torn seams, and the microwave did not work; it would not spin and no amount of fixing it helped, so food was always cold in large spots. We marked the room for 5 travelers and got 2 queen beds and a couch. Despite that, the hotel did not supply the extra person with pillows or a blanket. When she asked for a blanket, they gave her a terribly thin cover for one, which in 40 degree weather outside is just terrible. Additionally, our room AC refused to work and the TV didn’t work either. Both needed to be messed with to get functioning. The AC had to be restarted multiple times every day to get it to work, and the TV’s wires were loose. Staff were nice, but the room situation was atrocious.

Celebration Bowl Weekend
The location was very convenient & in walking distance of the Mercedes Benz Stadium; however, the hotel was not prepared for the large number of guest. During our 1st night stay, we didn’t have enough towels or pillows & was informed that neither would be available until 1pm the following day. The layout of the room was not good because the TV was not viewable from the sitting area. Breakfast was great on the 2nd morning. Special Thanks to Ms Melissa for her excellent hospitality. She was very nice & friendly. I requested a printout during checkout but was told I had to go online to print it out. The young lady was on her cellphone & never made eye contact with me during the conversation. I strongly believe “some” of your front desk staff would benefit from some customer service training.

The staff was friendly and nice. My issue was more with the room, when i first walked into the room there was a big stain on the couch, also the tv didn’t work. I booked a suite for two and the room didn’t have extra blankets for the pullout sofa bed. One thing that was also weird was that in the middle of my stay it was a member of staff that walked in the room while I was occupying it, he apologized immediately and said he didn’t realize the room was being used he said it was marked off as vacant on his sheet.

Great stay!
Check in was super easy and they were very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect. Can’t brag enough on how nice the staff was! Great spot for a weekend in ATL! Highly recommend. Oh and parking wasn’t that big a deal. $25 with security.

I had to pay a $50 hold and $25 for parking (a day!) when I stayed here. I had no idea about the parking until two days before I was supposed to be there when they sent me a message. That should be clear and upfront in your listing on the website. I had no idea about the $50 hold until I got there (so, no message about that).
