The furniture in this location was very worn compared to other places. Booked at this location twice, 1st time I feel like it was bed bugs unable to prove it the 2nd stay (checked out the room prior to and the furniture was worn and vulgar language on the backside of the door) Attendant moved us to a second room and underneath the covers was tissue, needless to say nothing was done. Stopped using Expedia because, as a third party, not a lot could have been done on any type of refund. Would not recommend at all. While we were checking in, another customer checked in before us came back to the front desk immediately because the room he was given someone else was already in the room, we should have left then.

Bathroom was somewhat updated and very clean, sheets were very clean. Carpet and drapery, furnishings, etc were quite old and fairly worn out. Staff’s clothing appeared dirty and friendliness was less than desired. Breakfast choices were limited and food quality was poor.

Great stay with good service!

The receptionists were friendly and helpful! I needed to print copies and they helped me do so. The hotel was clean and there was hot coffee available around the clock.
