The carpet was filthy. It had all kind of black stains in it and don’t look like it’s been changed in a while. First thing they need to do is do some upgrades because comfort is not there, the company should know better knowing that this hotel should not even have the comfort name they should know better than to let these folks run their name in the ground.

Everything reeked of marajuana, everthything was dirty and there was mold on the skirt of the bed. There were also discarded pills and stains on the carpet. The bathroom counter was cracked. The outside light and the noise around the hotel made sleep impossible. There were other residents walking around the place with inappropriate attire and were scantily clad. The only reason I spent the night was because I made the mistake of booking my reservation with no cancellation. Will not be booking with Expedia again.

First of all, after 2 years this place turned into a wreck. Broken, half cleaned, stained carpets, dirty towels, 2 visitors -1 towel, the free breakfast included burned black eggs, no coffee cups, bowls etc, they only put out 5 at a time. Our room key cards constantly failed. PLUS Here we go!!! The staff hounded me time and time again, even waking me up at 7 AM about payment from Expedia and wanted ME to call Expedia about the hotel not getting their money. I didnt think it was my responsibility because I showed them my receipt from Expedia. Trying to check out they would not let me leave. So I called Expedia and guess what, the hotel should have their customer service number so I asked my Expedia agent to repeat to the lady at the front desk. They told the lady that they cannot hold me there and I am free to go. Guess what again? The hotel had not givin Expedia some info. The staff was rude, the building was in bad need of repairs everywhere and very dirty. I will not be going back there even if it is free nor will I recommend anyone to stay there. This place and its staff is a complete loser. I didnt even say bye.
