The Cable TV did not work in the bedroom. I was promised a credit for that inconv, but that is yet to come. The cleaning Staff was very noisey and there was a constant warning alarm every 30 min lately that kept waking me up.

This was a nice hotel and staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby and hallways the first couple of days we were there. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We would stay again. Close to Truist Park which is why we were there anyway.

This is an absolute horrible place to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The fact that you still have this hotel on your website is an embarrassment. Me and my family was exposed to mold and mildew. I never received a phone call back from member of management and was overcharged for the room.

Good but very awkward in the end!
Breakfast was good room was good, check out day came and my Boyfriend and son gave the key back while i stayed in the room to use the restroom. The clerk walked in the room didnt announce himself and walked in on me on the toliet!! It was very discomforting. It was only 1030 so no need to barge in unannounced.

The gym equipment was broken. The sanitizer was empty. The curtains in the room were not made to be closed, there was only a sheer sheet that was see-through. There was another hotel right beside this one where people could see inside my room, especially at night when my light was on. There was a street light right outside my room window that made it nearly impossible to sleep.
