The room was excellent the hotel was clean and well maintained. Myra Turner, was awesome polite knowledgeable she went over and beyond to make us feel at home. She greeted us with a smile and she made sure we were comfortable. I will be returning soon and I hope to see her again..

This was a cool stay but cleanliness was an issue but overall it was a cool stay. Stain in bathroom, bedsheets etc. The back door near pool was always open when it should be locked. This can be a security issue. The staff was great and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel 4 times in 2 weeks. The staff was great. Breakfast had hot food, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and fresh fruit. The beds were awesome

We had the room w/ the 2 queens and sofa bed. The layout was perfect for our party but the room was not clean!!! The couch was old, worn and dirty and you can tell the bedding was not fresh. The staff tried relocating us to other available rooms but those were just as bad so we chose to have the room “re- cleaned” and bedding completely changed. On another note the staff was very helpful and understanding, breakfast was ok and the kids loved the indoor pool. This stay was very much a “get what you pay for” stay!

The room was dirty. Hair in the shower, bathtub pilling paint, dust and chip under dresser. Chip swept around room during daily cleaning but never removed. Thank God we took our our covers. Side door doesn't work with hotel keys must walk to front of building to enter. Staff smiley and sweet but cleaning staff there was a language barrier
