The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the room spacious. We arrived in the early morning hours from a long road trip with an 18 mos old and were quite disappointed to enter into a cold shower. The water never warmed above room temperature. It was were already unpacked, it was too early in the a.m. and we were too exhausted to alert the staff. Unfortunately, we were also unaware that breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays so we left on empty stomachs.

I will never stay in this hotel again it was old. Broke down, Pool was dirty doors did not close correctly there were holes in the wall. It was not worth $105 a night at all

Great Stay
The check in process was quick and seamless. The decor and atmosphere was very festive. It looked and smelled clean. The room was very neat and clean. Everything worked properly. Yhe check out process was quick. The only thing I didnt like was the breakfast (had to wait for it to be refilled and the choices). This was my first staybatbthe Comfort Inn but I will visit again.

The worse place we have EVER stayed
The hotel is outdated and needs upgraded really bad. We saw roaches in the room. There was paint peeling from the ceiling. The blanket on the beds looked worn out and old. I wish I would have taken photos.

I am expecting a total refund from Expedia based on the fact that I was denied "renting" in stay from the Comfort Inn and Suites location before arriving at the location. Expedia was notified prior to check in that there was a problem with check in at this location and I had purchased the protection plan. I am requesting that a full refund be expedited as soon as possible. Expedia is letting me down with their lack of concern during this holiday season. Let me say that I still believe that Vanessa and Lena are exceptional front desk representatives that are not the problem with this stay not being able to be fulfilled. Comfort Inn and Suites in Lithia Springs Georgia is a great place to stay and reside for the most part except for the one not so good apple if you get my understanding of the situation. When and if I receive my "TOTAL REFUND" for this matter, then I may update my review in all the appropriate listing locations. Thank you, Myron Grimes
