I had the worst experience ever, at first i booked a suite with one king bed ,with a sofa bed and separated room 3 days prior, but i had to make a change so i called the customer service and asked the lady if they have a suite with 2 queen beds ,sofa bed and separated room ,she said yes and she updated it .so when i got there i see they gave me one suite with 1 queen bed which was crazy cause that's not what i paid for so i went to the reception and talked to that rude and disrespectful dude called Jacob N. Dude said he can't change it cause they have nothing else available for now,yo that was crazy and ridiculous cause i made the reservation 3 days prior so howcome now you guys saying there's nothing else available and i paid my money already. So i realized that i was scammed ,i didn't stay so i left the hotel immediately and now i want my money back cause you guys tricked me by not giving me what i paid for.GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK .
