It was a terrible experience the hot tub wasn't available blocked off by construction the pool wasn't available blocked off by construction the sync didn't work I was tricked into having to pay extra deposit the hotel staff was extremely unfriendly everything the amenities are there everything was terrible about this

Room was definitley neglected. Most all furniture was ripped, severely aged. Exterior door to the property was not working properly, would open freely without card access. The pool was under renovation and that was not listed on the site prior to booking. Parking lot was extremely dirty due to exterior groundwork.

Airport pickup took so long. Dirty Room i.e. carpet, walls, curtains, vent filters and couch obviously dirty. Elevator is dirty. Noisy (sound of motors from maintenance crew outside our window. My expectations were high because of good reviews, so I am very disappointed!

This hotel is dirty.... And I do mean dirty. From bottles and cans in the outside areas laying around. This morning there were even a couple of dirty towels out there. The the lobby having caked dirt around all of the edges. An elevator that seems to not have been swept or wiped down in at least a month. Also do t book it for the pool or hot tub.mm or the business center they are all 3 closed untill further notice. Of course you don't find that out until you arrive on location. We went I to our room to find it unclean water on the tray for the ice bucket, misty smell. No air filter in the air vent. Bathroom far from clean. Couch looked like it had been well used and done with 10 years ago. Very greasy as well. Large stains on it and the carpet and the carpet had not been vacuumed. They did switch us to a new room which at least did not smell musty. But it was not much cleaner. Also wallpaper peels at the seams everywhere and I realized this must be do to the bathrooms not having any vent fans.

We booked this hotel for the hot tub while I had to work. Upon arrival the pool, hot tub, and business center were closed. We arrived at 1am so when I went to the desk the attendant just told me to check out. We didn’t know what to do so we stayed. After complaining no compensation was given. 0/10

Everything was really nice and working properly and the breakfast was good the only issue was six cars were broken into that night in the parking lot. I was fortunate mine was not but the car right next to me was. Windows broken out. Other than that it was fine.
