The room was in very bad shape. We checked in pretty late at night and the hotel was completely full (evident from print outs pasted on the hotel’s door). So there was no point complaining about changing our room. The floor carpet was torn at places, the sofa looked so shabby and dirty, the coffee area was oily and dirty, AC vents were dusty, the microwave was pathetically dirty, the fridge felt like it was only supported on one end. Our bedroom curtain was broken and we somehow fixed it for the night. There was no body lotion in the bathroom. The towels had hairs stuck on them. It was not worth the price paid for the room and was very distressing after a hectic day. I have taken pictures to support my grievances.

The sofa appeared so shabby and discolored that it felt like moulds were growing in places
The coffee area was so oily and dirty. Even the coffee cup caps were oily with dust stuck on them.

Outside and lobby is cute. Room is dated, shower pressure low as expected in most hotels. Breakfast food was fine but amount of food and eating area is not enough for amount of people staying in the hotel. Biggest issue: Room sleeps 4, our reservation shows 3. They gave us 2 sets of towels.

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Bed was fairly comfortable. Air conditioner rattles loudly whenever it turned on. Hot tub was lukewarm, staff refused to heat it because children might use it. Food was all processed. Staff recommended a great restaurant.
