The pros of my stay were that the room was nice, the bed was super comfy, the pillows were great. The breakfast the first morning was delicious, the second morning it was ok. I left early so I didnt get the last morning to see if it balanced out. The cons were the fire alarm went off the first night around 1am, scared me right out my sleep. There was no directions given so alot of us hesitated getting dressed and leaving our rooms. Better protocols need to be in place, because that could have been a bad situation. I also asked for the sheets to be changed via the text message service because the rooms temperature was hard to regulate. They were not changed as requested. The pool looks like it needs to be better maintenanced. Overall I would stay there again. I like the proxmity to everything especially the airport.

Great smile
This review was long overdue. Amy the new manager was awesome. I used to come here frequently and had stopped because prior management was not accommodating. If I arrived before 3 PM they will always make me wait sometimes up to an hour even if they had rooms available. I for one welcome the change and nothing better to wak up to the counter and have a smile waiting for you specially after a long drive.

I slept one night out of the booked three nights. Why? I woke up to a cockroach on the refrigerator. Need I say more? They should've refunded me for that one night and the inconvenience of finding another hotel...but they didn’t.

Our room smelled like mold and mildew. Was informed by front desk staff this was because of the area the hotel was located in. Which was a lie as my daughter also had a room at the hotel that did not smell. When asked if we could have a new room, we were informed the hotel was full, which i doubt as the parking lot was not nearly full. Ended up checking out early, was told we would not get refunded. When i again told a different peraon at the front desk about why we were checking out, she replied oh we will just ha e maintenance look at it, they can fix it, we cant rent the room if it smells that bad. Okay so 2 questions, after i said something the first time, why didn't maintenance take a look at it, and second it was okay to expect me to pay and stay there but not the next person. Very upset and unhappy!
