Our first room was untidy. There was dirt on the bathroom floor, the linens were stained, the carpet was worn in some areas, our phone didn’t work, and the TV didn’t work properly. However, we were able to get our room changed in less than an hour of our report and it was great! Everything worked properly and this room was very clean! Bindu at the front desk was amazing to work with and she made our stay perfect!

Family of 3 After reading the reviews i was a bit concerned, but since we had plans to be out all day, we still booked. The receptionist was helpful. Another gentleman always made sure to give us a laugh. The employee from the dining room was super friendly. The room was very clean. Obtaining towels was a breeze. The breakfast area was clean and food appropriate. Location was ideal for our plans and close to airport. Would stay again.

Toilet in room did not work well at all. Had to fix it up ourselves a few times (wouldn't flush fully and water wouldn't fill up the basin). We would have to take the top off the toilet and make sure it was filling up with water to flush. Elevator didn't work too well. "Fitness center" was fair at best. Three machines, one of which didn't work. No weights. Front desk staff was very nice but the establishment itself needs a renovation and a little more TLC.

The carpet is in desperate need of a deep clean or replacement. It appeared that there was mold in the wall ac unit. The parking lots, lobby, elevator, and hall smelled so strongly of marijuana it cost migraine issues. The hall ac was set to 80 it was miserable to wait for the elevator.
