There were no signs to indicate where the hotel shuttle picked up. I called from desk for over an hour before I departed and the over an hour before my plane took off to ask about the shuttle and the front desk never picked up. My shower had hair on the walls and the pillows smelt like sweat. I can’t say this was a good experience, overall I think I’ve been generous with the scores. I made no complaints, I was in Atlanta for a funeral. The staff were consistently cordial.

Here’s a polished, friendly review you can use: ⸻ I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. At check-in, the gentleman at the front desk was both friendly and extremely helpful, which set the tone for the stay. The room was very clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable — perfect after a long day. Do yourself a favor and visit the on-site bar/restaurant! The drinks were great, and the burger and fries were surprisingly delicious. Breakfast also had a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. I also appreciated the little snack shop downstairs — super convenient. One small note: there were no towel bars in the bathroom, which felt a bit odd. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Atlanta.
