If you are a non smoker and value clean towels and sheets without mysterious brown stains on it. This place is not for you. Hallways and rooms smell like cigarettes and black n mild. If it wasn't for our exhaustion, we would of left. I did have to request a room change as i could not tolerate the smell of smoke. The 2nd room smell of arm pits. I know at times facilities are understaffed and underpaid, but for the price, they should pay the staff what is due them to motivate a cleaner environment. Also higher penalties for those who smoke in rooms.

Awful. Customer service was rude smelled like marijuana throughout the whole entire place. Parking was atrocious will never ever ever stay at a place like that ever again so help me God.
