I liked how close to the airport it is. I did not like neither the food nor the food options at the on-site restaurant. I didn’t like the snack shop being cash only as the ATM machine was out of order during my stay.

I absolutely love this hotel its beautifully decorated also it smells so delightful walking in the staff was also amazing TAMARA checked us in she was so polite and welcoming with her beautiful smile i will definitely most definitely book again at this hotel and the room was also beautiful and very clean the bed was comfy we also ordered room service i order the black bean burger but i hated it it was very burnt and literally falling apart but thats about it everything else was perfect

The woman that checked me in was wonderful (I think Tamara). Super friendly and very thorough. I had stayed at this property 12 to 18 months ago while it was going through a renovation which was badly needed. I wanted to try it again since the price is reasonable and it has been updated. Even though it has been updated, you can still tell it was done on the cheap. Some of the furniture (which definitely was better than the last time) appeared used due to the condition. The bathroom had some new tile but you could tell that the tub was still old. The sink was new but the cabinet it was on seemed old. Hopefully you get what I’m saying. There really isn’t anything wrong per se with the property, but it definitely is not a Holiday Inn express. If you need to be around the airport the location is great.

I’ve been staying at this property a little over 2 weeks now, when I first got here the first week the young girl at the desk greeting me with a attitude and also she was going back an forth with me about services. Fast forward to this morning I went down to extend like I normally do but was handed over a letter stating that I would no longer be able to make my reservations online, because they will no longer put a hold on my card but I would have to pay an additional 100 deposit each time I book online unless I book straight to there property and if I don’t have the 100 to pay I have to leave the property. Their prices are higher than online but I understand hotel policies all too well, I currently work at Element Hotel downtown and we would never do our guest like this. I’m a single mom of three an I chose this hotel because it was convenient and offered lower prices since I am a long term stay.
