Property easy location to Airport. Shuttle service driver very rude and unprofessional. Property has extreme odor in Lobby Entrance and in room hallways. Older building semi clean. Check out at 1100 and staff is entering your room at 1103. Definitely do not return to this location.

I didn't have any food there. The beds where very uncomfortable. Every time I moved I heard noise from the wooden frame. Urine ring at the bottom of the toilet base. One of the elevators froze and the other ones doors wouldn't open. We walked down stairs. The drive of the shuttle from the airport was very unprofessional. His radio was extremely loud. A bad choice of music for customers. He was speeding and took us way out of the way from the hotel. It was not a 10 min ride, because this, I didn't use the shuttle to return to the airport on Sunday, 8-10-25. I stayed thereyears ago and it was a much better experience.

The front desk attendant was very informative and helpful. Members of the housekeeping staff were friendly and when ever I passed by they spoke greetings. The hotel was clean and fresh. It is an older hotel and in some areas was showing its age. It is still a good little hotel for a stay. The complimentary breakfast was good. Fortunately it did not have a lot of gluten free options. Wish more hotels had that option. Love the smell of Fabolousa!
