We had multiple delays with the airlines. I called at 9 am to let them know I was still on the way but late. Showed up at 2am and didn’t have a room .. they said sorry you’ll have to reach out to Expedia for a refund, and sent us on our way with no refund, or any other accommodation. Wouldn’t even pay for the taxi back to the airport. Pretty much told us tough luck.. We made reservations 3 weeks in advance, and paid for in advance. Front counter guy was an absolute joke, highly unimpressed!

Check in staff was great, room was perfect for a quick nap before flight, however the bathtub didn't drain, and water pressure was terrible. Breakfast in the am was less than to be desired even for free, just skip it and grab something.
