I came down for a funeral and booked this hotel through Hotels.com, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I reserved two rooms that ended up being on separate floors, which I found quite odd. After attending the funeral, repast, and family gathering, I finally checked into my room around 9:39 PM. As soon as I entered, I was hit with a terrible smell. The shower had dirt in it and didn’t function properly, there was pubic hair left in the bathroom, and the bathtub was rusted. The only reason I didn’t switch rooms was that my 3-year-old and 9-year-old were exhausted. The pool area was equally disappointing—dirty, no towels available, and large puddles of water everywhere. I will not be returning to this hotel.

The front desk staff was so nice! They were probably the friendliest staff I’ve ever met at any place we’ve ever stayed. The hotel was nice and the area was very nice. Cumberland mall was right across the street (within walking distance) and lots of kid friendly places nearby. There was an AMC theatre close that also had a bowling alley inside the same building. There was a park about 15-20 min away. My only complaint was the housekeeping. We had 2 rooms and we asked everyday if someone could come get our trash and they never did (there are signs up in the room stating if you need anything like trash, towels, coffee etc just let the desk know) We finally just put it outside the door and it still took them a while to come get it. We also asked for more towels and toilet paper but never got that either. And with 4 children in one room we accumulated a lot of trash in 4 days! But other than that I was very satisfied and would def stay again

Great customer but the rooms are extremely dirty. Each towel and wash cloth in the room had hair on it and when we requested new towels and wash clothes those came with hair on it as well. Everything was covered in someone else’s hair. There was even an acrylic big toe nail in the computer chair in the room. Everything was dirty and extremely outdated. I will never stay at this hotel and I will tell everyone to never stay at this hotel due to how unclean it is. Great customer service from the front desk but housekeeping aren’t being held accountable for making sure the rooms are properly cleaned. This is by far my worse hotel experience ever!
