When we checked in, we were told the elevator was broke and there’s only one then we were told the icemaker was broke. It took a good 1520 minutes to get a luggage cart, but after that, everything was good.

The property calims to be recently remodeled but has NO vents in the bathrooms, so the room gets overwhelmed with humidity. The AC only works to cool at 65 and below; above that the HEAT turns on and the room is insufferable! The AC rattles and makes a high piercing sound the whole time it's on! The employees were nice. But the hotel is uncomfortable to stay at! And the website is not factual about the facility at all!
