I had a serious incident at this hotel. Me and my friend were barricaded in the room because the locks on the door was old and broken so we could not get out the room even the dront desk person could not let us out. The manager was very non chalent about this matter.

The area felt a bit unsafe being surrounded by warehouses. The hallway smelled like weed! Clientels in the lobby were very shady looking. We switched room 1 time because we couldnt handle smell of weed creeping through the door. And the smell in the hallway was unavoidable. The carpet on the stairway were old, ripped, stained and smelly. We wanted to switch room again 2nd night but they ran out of available room. The weed smell triggered my migraine so they masked it with odor neutralizer. We have 2 kids and 2 adults in the room yet they only included 2 bath towels. When we asked for additional towels we were given pool towels and were limited to just 2. We requested room cleaning the 2nd day, they replaced the dirty towel and gave us just 2 new towels. Why so cheap on towels? The comfortable beds were the only nice things about this place. If you like the smell of weed, stay here. Not worth any discounts.

Crackhead hotel don’t get fooled like me.
It was horrible. The hotel is nasty. Carpet in the hall is dirty. The heat didn’t work in my first room, they switched to another and the heat would only blow hot a few minutes at a time. I’ve machines don’t work. Tub was backing up. Worst hotel ever. I need a refund. An it’s not even a real balcony.

I'm not sure if it was Expedia or Google, but whichever site said the property offered a breakfast was wrong. I didn't even see coffee in the lobby, just a water pitcher. The lobby was nice and the cleanliness of the rooms was acceptable, but the bathroom vents was letting heavy smoke, like someone went through a whole pack of cigarettes at once into my room. The TV didn't power on and it was attached to some wall mount where I couldn't see how it was connected. There was no remote, either, which made me think they're aware of the problem and just don't care. The shower knob fell off. On m my way out, I left before the second night, the door closest to my car was locked. I asked a housekeeping employee standing a few feet away where the next closest exit was and she shrugged her shoulders and walked off.
