garbage bags were piled up outside and in some hallways. arrived at 2:30 and would not allow me to register. then i see 10 people also waiting. made everybody wait until 3pm to check in. will not stay there again. and contemplating using other booking services than hotels.com

If you’re just looking for some where cheap to lay your head. This is the place. No bed bug problem. This place really needs an upgrade and deep cleaning. The carpets are filthy throughout the entire hotel. The phone didn’t work. Overall we slept well.

Very busy area, rooms were not so decent. Furniture was stained and looked like pets scratched them. Absolutely no real breakfast options. We had ants in our bathroom on the first floor. The hotel has residents that actually lives there. My daughter complained about itching after sleeping one night and one night only. I kinda have nothing positive to say besides we made it through our one night. But we won’t be returning ever again. Thanks. Future reference, don’t just go by the pics online. Treat it like a home and view it before you buy it.

They changed our room 4 times. All 4 rooms had beds that were filled with pee stains. The sheets weren’t even clean with blood stains and pee stains. On the chairs there was blood stains. Blood splattered on all the walls. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. We did not stay there. We wanted a full refund but they still charged us a whole night. They wouldn’t give us a full refund. We came from Tampa trying to evacuate from the hurricane and drove 11 hours because of the traffic just to arrive at that disgusting place and being disrespected by the staff. The manager said that he knows the condition in which the rooms are but that it is not his problem. He kept repeating that it wasn’t his problem. I already sent you guys the pictures and I still didn’t get my full refund.
