I anticipated this hotel being nicer than it was especially with having to pay for parking. It is very close to the airport which was our goal, but I was surprised it felt so rundown. We would unlikely stay again although the staff were very kind.

It’s an animal friendly hotel so my room smelled like urine - I called down and the staff moved me pretty quickly to another room

I want to personally thank the staff and administrators of this establishment. During the Helene hurricane I was working and unsure of what time I would check in or need to check out tje next day. It waa definitely outside the normal hours of 4pm and 10am. They worked with me and my company to accommodate so I could rest well and not have to leave by 10am. Thank you so much for this. Kevin
