Waited over 45 minutes to check in. Once getting to my room we only had 2 towels, no coffee, and floors were dirty. Not restocked during our stay either. Went to check out we had to wait forever to get our car out of valet and we had to be at volleyball. I felt they should give a refund on valet.

I checked in at 7pm and my room wasn't ready, i had to wait 30 more minutes when check in is suppose to be 4pm. Got to my room and the tv and my interior didn’t work. I called the front desk and they said their satellite on the roof was bad. I got no accommodations for the inconvenience. Staff acted as if the did not care, might have been understaffed because the front desk people where checked rooms. I do not recommend this hotel

We had lots of trouble to find out good room. The room service was not good. We didn’t have any towels to get ready on checkout day. The parking was not good as well. Overall we had lots of trouble during our stay. It was not good experience.

Horrible room conditions

This was the worse stay I have ever had in Atlanta. When we checked in there was only one towel the phone didn’t work to call down stairs. The toilet was broken dirt behind the bathroom door. Closet shelf was falling. Just ruin my anniversary all together. If that’s not bad the tub was clogged up water over filled while showering. Mildew on the shower certain just nasty. The hotel down stairs was nice but the room condition was awful. No up keep room 505 needs repairs asap.
