1. My room was on the 4th floor and the ice machine was located on the 5th plus 14th floors so I was told by the bartender. The bartender advised she had no ice available. I had to go back to the 4th floor and use the stairs to get onto the 5th floor due my key card being only accessible to the floor your room is on. Once in the stairwell, I became locked in the stairwell because the room key does not work on stairwell exit doors at all. I had to walk from the 5th floor down to the basement and ended up in the kitchen. The kitchen exit placed me behind the bar where the bartender told me she does not know what to tell me about the ice machines at this point. She then went into the kitchen and got the ice. 2. The bathtub drain was obviously clogged and drained SUPER SLOWLY. By the end of my shower the dirty water was up to my ankles. 3. The paint was literally flaking off the ceiling in the bathroom. There was no way it was not noticeable to the staff or previous occupants. Horrible situation for the price paid. Definitely seeking a refund. I didn’t want to complain and repack to change rooms due to just getting in from the airport.

The property was well kept, though my room showed some signs of wear and tear, but nothing excessive. The staff was kind and helpful when it was needed. Very close to a MARTA station, so using public transit was convenient and inexpensive.

Place was incredibly German. Food was left in the elevators for over 24 hours. Bathrooms in the hotel rooms were disgusting extremely poor upkeep of the property. I was disgusted to stay there.

Loved the convenience of the hotel area and the experiences nearby but the room itself was kind of disappointing. My patio door had no handle and wouldn’t close all the way so I was cold the entire time, there was no fridge or microwave in my room(microwave in the lobby/no fridge) and the carpet and bedsheets were kind of dirty and there was a musty smell. I wasn’t in my room other than at night so it was fine but I’m not sure if I’ll book here again.

Was not aware their was a security deposit due until I got there. Saw another customer come in to check in and her husband had paid for their trip for her and their daughter.. She wasn't aware of a deposit either and was stuck. Was really sad for them. First night the heat did not work but was able to get it fixed the next day.

The staff are incredible and do a great job of making up for the gaps in the facility. The patio Windows leak and there was a draft all night. The phone to the front desk does not work. There was no soap. They have Keurig in the room but no kcups, and none in the store. Again, i want to be clear: the staff were incredible and did their best to make up for the gaps; but, there is only so much they can do.

I am an IHG rewards member. I typically find their properties as hidden gems. This one was not a gem. Where do I begin? 1. The bathroom, when you turned on the shower the wind from the water coming out of the shower leaked onto the floor because the shower curtain was cotton and lacked a liner. I used three towels during my four day stay to remove water from the floor. 2. The chairs in my room were disgusting. Stains, crumbs, and whatever else were on the chairs. I covered the chairs with towels to sit on. 3. The television didn't work on certain stations. When I called maintenance, he told me those stations on the TV didn't work. 4. The carpet was filthy. 5. I got a room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed didn't have any bedding when I called down to have them delivered no one delivered so I had to get them myself. 6. I was told I needed to pay a $ 75-a-day/ incidental fee when I checked in. I travel to Atlanta frequently, I have stayed all over the city and suburbs, and I have never experienced a $ 75-a-day fee. I stayed at the Westin a few months ago and was there for a week with $200 incidental for the week. 7. There was no fine dining anywhere around the hotel. There's a Tim Hortons and a great breakfast spot Grits and Eggs about 3-4 blocks away. The hotel store lacked personal grooming items like shaving cream, soap, shower caps, etc. Will never stay there again.

The property was nice however, the paint in the room was piling off, the shower would stop up when me and my boo took a shower, there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room and most of the tv channels on the television didn't work. We had to park 20 minutes away due to parking being $48.
