When I booked with this hotel I thought breakfast was included also there was no ventilation in the bathroom for the shower no refrigerator no towels I had to get some from the custody the pool wasn’t open for my kid to swim but on the web it said that it was that’s one reason I choose to stay there My deposit still hasn’t posted to my account

When we arrived the toilet paper was on the bathroom floor. It tools days to get this fixed. We stayed for 11 nights and no one ever replaced a curtain that had to be removed due to mold. While the desk and parking staff were friendly and helpful, reasonable requests for service were not responded to, even after several polite requests.

I was not told that the balcony was sealed off. I stayed on the 5th floor room 516 and time I stepped off the elevator I smelled nothing but mold. In the room the lamps by the bed would blink on and off like a strobe light and mold was on the shower. My stay here was not up to my liking at all. I will not book the Crowne Plaza ever again.

The hotel is located near many restaurants and things to do but the hotel is extremely outdated and needs renovations. The lobby was dirty was trash and dirt on the floors. The furniture had stains. The room was even worse with stains on the bedding, a dirty bathroom floor and the shower curtain was also stained and dated. The wood furniture had stains and chips. And the bathroom sink had a leak when you turned it on. It was definitely giving motel and not hotel.
