Doesn’t feel safe and the room isn’t very nice

We got stuck in the airport during the snow storm. We needed a room last minute close to the airport and most hotels were booked. We booked and it was a scary place. Made it through the night and was glad to get out on the next flight.

Nothing in the hotel even approximated the posted pictures of the rooms. No phone. No towels. Bedding was terrible. It was the dirtiest room I ever stayed in, in this country

Just skip it!

Terrible! Just got stuck in Atlanta due to flight cancellations for 1/2 inch of snow that fell on the ground, unreal. Look for a hotel for the night that will have transportation to and from the Atlanta Airport. Well know you will have to add $50 round trip to and from the airport. Their airport van works intermittently to their schedule, miss it and wait for an hour if you are lucky. Facilities terrible and make sure you get either smoking or non smoking. Not recommended, never will be back.

The first time i request no smoking room . The front end give that room. 2. The room was terrified condition heat not work property no go higher 65 . The shower was damager little water come. The bed sheet was dirty i request new sheet. Shuttle behind the worse experience ever

Worst hotel stay in my life

1. We reserved a non smoking and got placed in a smoking 2. Shower water did not work 3. Hallway carpet is nasty as hell 5. They have bugs 6. Check in clerk was not friendly at all. He acted annoyed that he had to get up out of his chair to check us in 7. There are teas and writing on the walls 8. The entire hotel smelled like pot 9. Stair carpet held together with duct tape 10. Cigarette burns in the covers 11. They apparently use wet rags to wipe the TVs instead of paper towels and windex

If I could give this property ZERO stars I would. They advertise “airport shuttle”. In the freezing cold, I waited for the shuttle over an hour, and called the lobby over 10 times. I was always assured “it is on the way”…. It turns out - I had to take an Uber and the shuttle is parked out front with 4 inches of snow on it!! There is no operating shuttle!! If The front desk person would’ve simply told me the truth and told me there is no shuttle, that would’ve saved me a lot of time. Additionally, the power of the property was out for roughly 3 hours!!! With zero lights and zero heat! And in the middle of the night, there was screaming of people fighting in the hallway. This is not a safe property. If you care about your time or your SAFETY, do not waste your time at this property

The first room we were assigned the television wasn’t working. The carpet smells like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The carpet was wet and soggy from a leak from the bathroom. I’m guessing we move to another room looks slight improvement. The TV still didn’t work the curtains were broken. There was no breakfast as advertised. They were granola bars, the second day, juice and coffee and that was the breakfast to say we were disappointed is an understatement.

Would give lower rating if i could.

I have never been afraid for my safety at a hotel before. I checked in amd 10 minutes later walked out. There was so much fundamentally wrong with this place I am not sure how its on this app. To summarize imagine what you see on tv. Bugs, drugs, addicts, filth, garbage, crime, gunshots in background, rented by the hour, chalk outline on the floor. Run. I will fight for tbis refund until I die
