This hotel is amazing. My plane ride from Atlanta Airport had to be booked for the following afternoon. Double Tree by Hilton gladly had a room and checked me in at approximately 1:15am. The room was delightful, super clean, and the complimentary water was a plus!

They sent us to a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. When I called the front desk, they told us they'd send a cleaning person up to fumagate it. We caught her in the hallway and she couldn't understand why they put us in that room because she said it needed a special treatment to remove the smell. We went back down to the front desk and asked for a different room. No apologies and staff seemed annoyed by our request. Very disappointing.
