The room appeared used as there was only 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel, no bath soap, and bedding not smooth. Also the filter for the are vent was not in place and the air blew forcefully with a stale odor. The lobby area was really nice.

First impression not impressed

Upon check in my room along with at least three different parties were not ready. Initially there was no enthusiasm about an ETA as far as when a room would be ready, the security was most helpful. It was around 1 in the morning and it took at least an hour to get a room ready, the air inside the room was not cool, it was pretty humid in the room. There os construction nearby that was disturbing. We checked out early. Not enough that i wont visit again but this was my first visit and first impressions are everything.

Two stars from me

Just know that I would only stay there again only if the whole hotel was upgraded and everything was new. Management was very friendly so was staff and security. My toilet was stop up the bar was supposed to be open everyday but wasn’t there was a big dead roach in the bar area. Breakfast was ok not bad at all. The original name of the hotel was covered with a blue tarp. But overall it just needs a face lift on the outside and inside.

Couldn’t sleep at all. From 10pm until 5/6 am, theyvard doing construction right outside the hotel! Then, the ceiling in my room had a hole.. .anytime the air was one the cover would expose the hole and make weird noises.

They are definitely doing their best to manage the property, and the staff is wonderful. The sign on the building with the tarp over it is pretty off-putting, honestly.

The gentleman who checked us in around 5:30 pm was EXTREMELY nice & have EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! But the women who worked in the AM were NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, THEY BARELY SAID HI & have a sour expression on their faces!!! But overall our stay was wonderful & loved loved our room & the view!!!
