The hotel did not according to some of the front desk staff have cash on hand. I asked one person at the desk and she said they had cash available. WOW. I was there for a summit my church was having and when I check in and wanted to purchase a soda I had to charge it to my room, because they had no cash available. This made no since when you knew there was going to a big meeting in your hotel and church members was staying there. Also I stayed over for exact days and was told inorder to watch movies I had to bring my own firestick. Never heard that before.They had the movie channel listed on the channel guide but you could not watch them. The front desk said engineering tech told them that you needed a firestick inorder to watch movies. WOW! Never going back.

The staff was really nice but the property looks like is falling apart it needs new rugs, air system, light system, sinks, bathtubs everything look so old and ready to replace

I always have an awesome experience at this particular Double Tree. Erica and Antonio at the front desk are amazing. The building itself is both comfortable and esthetically appealing. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was top-notch and made the things we didn’t like so much better. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. There should be more outlets and less headboards that are all scratched up.

Certain details as far as construction of the interiors could have been a little cleaner and more seamless. I didn’t like being placed on the second floor, where my view was into the lobby that was kind of weird. The ventilation seemed to not work in the bathroom and the bathroom had a sliding door that did not fully close. The breakfast was somewhat awkward, but pay online for the breakfast it’s way cheaper. Maybe I’m being too picky but overall I give it a three out of five, the service was good and the decor was good as well.
