The hotel did not have a business center which is a first for me. The room was stuffy because there is no airflow and the windows do not open. I will stay at the other local Hilton in the future because it has sliding glass doors to a balcony.

It was a very pleasanat. The staff reached out several times via text asking if I needed anything. The bed was very comfortable. The only minor things is that the photo had a couch in the room, but my room only had a chair. I preferred the coach for guests.

Upon arrival, I was advised that I had already checked in my room which was not the case. My room was given to another customer with the same last name. The new room assigned tv wasn’t working properly and the shower door wouldn’t close. This incident was unacceptable and shows that someone wasn’t paying attention to details. Also, I booked and paid for the room back in December 2024.

Not great

When we arrived at the hotel, the parking lot smelled like marijuana once we got inside and got to our room. The entire hallway smelled like marijuana that lasted until the next morning when we checked out. The restaurant food was decent. We ordered room service. Except the person taking our order didn’t take down my name and only asked my room number and didn’t write it down after about 45 minutes. I walked back to the restaurant to check on the food and was told he forgot my room number. The floor in the room seemed like it had crunchy spots on the carpet from where something was spilt and not cleaned up properly. The sharp bed-frame stuck out from the edge of the mattress about an inch or two just enough to catch your leg on.
