The staff and the facility were perfectly fine. But I was disappointed in the amenities. No continental breakfast or coffee, no servicing of room each day (we were there 3 nights), no mini-fridge in the room, ice machines not working on quite literally every floor. It was disappointing and I will seek other arrangements the next time I visit Roswell.

Friendly staff and clean. Someone let their pet poop in the hallway and they cleaned it up in minutes. So yes...you can have pets, but pet owners need accountability in the hotel when this happens. Everything else was great.

All the staff I came in contact with were very helpful, courteous, & a real good "face" for your company. Thank you for having them on your staff! I interacted with, at different times two at the check in desk & I also interacted with the bar tender. Both excellent experiences. The hotel & room both were excellent, comfortable, & safe feeling.
