I was very disappointed that the hot tub was not working since that is how I searched for my room due to an injury. I have to say everything else was excellent food that was provided on the drinks were unexpected. Lupe was incredibly friendly and helpful. You definitely have a very nice staff. Everyone was smiling. Thank you.

I am not one to write reviews, but this hotel deserves the time and compliments. In general the hotel is fine, good facilities, swimming pool, gym, jacuzzy, etc. But the most remarkable thing about the hotel is the quality of service and customer care. From Lupe to the maintenance people you might meet in the hallways. This hotel provides a good breakfast and on top of that, they give you 3 alcoholic drinks per person included in your stay, plus a variety of snack options (also included) before you leave to enjoy an Atlanta Braves game, so you can leave eating and spending less at the stadium. In addition, we took an Uber from the hotel (round trip) and it is less expensive than paying for parking, gas and time. I recommend this hotel for those who are going to enjoy the stadium and its surroundings.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. Had no signal on the television and wanted to watch a football game. Called the front desk and was told that he didn’t know what to tell me. There was no maintenance person there and he had no suggestions. Not very helpful!
