When i tell you this Hotel is the place to be if you want Relaxation, Reminding, Reminiscing, and REAL SOUTHERN PEOPLE..JUST ALL OUT EXCITING TO HAVE COME TO THIS HOTEL..MS.M.HOWELL DOESN'T MISS A HEART BEAT WITH HER GUEST ALWAYS HELPFUL..AND HER STAFF CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY WELCOMING

Cool winter room would not warm & could NOT sleep

It was a cold winter evening. The room never heated up. There was just a thin blanket. I rolled up in the blanket to have a double thickness. Still I had to wear my winter clothes to bed instead of PJs. Even then I hardly got any sleep for how cold I was all night long. My sister, who was traveling with me, even put on 3 layers of outer winter clothes and couldn't warm enough to sleep.

Didn't like anything the customer service is very unprofessional and have front desk clerk with a very nasty attitude when it comes to helping or answering any questions. They will not clean your room if there for more than 1 day. Very bad experience with day time desk person.

Bathroom was not clean. TV don’t work. Door has a complete hole at the button so we pretty much froze. Scared to sleep under the covers because it was dingy as the bathroom towels. Breakfast was a joke.
