Never Going Back To This Hotel .
My husband, kids and I book the not nights of 12/25/24 to 12 /29/24 here . We were all so excited about our stay . Our family stopped celebrating holiday’s years ago .Every holiday we come to Atlanta and stay in different hotels . It we’re so beautiful and clean This hotel was a big big disappointment. First the pool did not work the whole time we were here . Even though the front desk kept saying that the someone was coming to fix the pool . Second , our microwave was not working. Told the front desk and they brought up a microwave. They brought the microwave out from the LOBBY. This is what they put in our room . Third , our phone in the room kept going off n on . They came to fix it and it still didn’t work . Last the Spanish house keepers are very ignorant. You can ask them for toilet trees . They say , no English. Then turn around and start communicating Spanish with there other coworkers. This is absolutely appalling and unacceptable.

Family trip pit stop.
We used this stay to mitigate a long trip. The Element is just that. The thing you need to get things done. This just happened to be the right place at the right time. Price point was spot on. The area around the Element offered great options for dinning.
