Staff were great. A new hip kind of no frills hotel. Everything was clean and nice. Lots of nice extras like a bar w decent drinks a d wine choices as well as food/ espresso machine etc. Would stay again.

Disappointing

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night and honestly, I wasn’t impressed or satisfied whatsoever. To start off, the room we had smelled off. Like a wet dog had been in it. We were so tired from getting in so late, we just pushed through it. Luckily I had some febreeze in my suitcase. There were scuffs all over the bathroom wall and there was no trash bag in the bin. When I walked into the bathroom I noticed that there was no conditioner so I asked for some and was told it would be brought up. Waited… asked again, waiting some more and finally just gave up. Morning time came and went to go check out and needed to ask the concierge a question regarding a double charge on our card. He wasn’t busy and I was the only one near him that needed assistance. He never made eye contact with me and very rudely cut me off before I could ask my question. Eventually I grew tired of waiting and tossed my keys in the jar on the desk and left. I will be needing to visit Atlanta several more times and I will 100% make sure this place won’t be on our list for places to stay.

Overall I had a good stay and would come back. I’ve added this hotel to the list of hotels I’d stay in when visiting Atlanta. There were some things: the grate in the living room area next to the sofa hadn’t been cleaned very well and the baseboards could have used an additional wipe or two but overall the room was clean and comfortable. They provide a stovetop, full size refrigerator, and even a few pans to cook with which was nice. The daily breakfast in the lobby is a great service and a major perk. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

First the man Jordan who check you in was very rude to me. They close the pool early and said it was going to back open in the morning and here come the morning it’s close into the next day and I’m just disappointed cause the reason me booking the hotel was to get in the pool

I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staffs. They were not only rude but also displayed behavior that felt discriminatory. One staff member was looking at their phone and completely ignored me while I was speaking. This lack of basic courtesy and respect is unacceptable. The place is nice and comfortable, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The stay was great the first three days but the last night was awful due to a dog in an adjacent room that barked almost nonstop from 9PM-4AM. I barely got any sleep the night before a ten hour trip back home. I was aware of the pet policy and expected to encounter pets in general hotel areas and maybe hear sounds intermittently but nonstop barking for several hours is unacceptable for me. Will not be returning to this property.

The property was nice. But we were expecting our bed to be at least made when we came back to the room and our towels to be replaced. Giving the assumption that our room was passed over when cleaning our floor. The lobby smelt like dog.

The place is amazing front staff and others were not much help i was there 2 in a half days and the fire alarm went off both nights around 3 am and they couldn't tell me why, i also asked for clean linens and towels and never received them.
