The tub in the bathroom was having cracks with rust. The cleaning of the room was not done regularly and properly The shuttle service to airport was UNRELIABLE. Had to wait for an hour on TWO DAYS at the airport and finally had to take an UBER

During my recent stay, I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service provided by both the bartender and the front desk representative. Upon arrival, the front desk representative, greeted me with a warm smile and efficiently handled my check-in process. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel's amenities. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor set a positive tone for my visit. Equally impressive was the bartender, at the hotel bar. Not only did they craft delicious cocktails tailored to my preferences, but they also engaged in delightful conversation, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Their expertise and passion for mixology were evident, and they went above and beyond to ensure that everyone at the bar had a memorable experience. Overall, the outstanding service from both the front desk and bar staff significantly enhanced my stay at. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming and hospitable environment.

The amenities are nice! The room looked a bit run down. The room main door had a gap under it, so I could hear everything. The safe was broken in room 447 and the air conditioning never got cold.
