Nice Hotel but No Sound Proof

It was a nice hotel. We were there just for one night prior to next day's flight back to CA. The $23 parking was a little steep. The other Embassy Suites on the other side of the airport does not charge parking. Also, there is no sound insulation whatsoever. We could hear everything from our next door's kids which knock on their door and were running in and out of their room the whole night.

Might be back.

Overall not a bad stay. Room furniture and curtains need updating. Each visit room cleanliness requires a doover. Curtains and pillows needed to be pitched. Had to scrape gum from foot stool. Normally Embassy is an excellent stay but this was a very busy weekend. A lot of cheer and sports teams plus people impacted by delayed or canceled flights.

hotel.com needs a better way to communicate with t

The staff that was at Embassy suite were great as far as the cleanliness the room was clean, but the air ducts were full of dirt and dust blowing into the room went to the front desk to complain about it. Nothing was done. Everything else at the hotel was OK But hotel.com horrible could not get in touch with them to change reservations. There’s no contact number for them at all try to do chat they do not answer your questions will not use hotel.com again.
