The hotel is old and out of date. We had a tub for a shower and when I paid it was for a shower??? Happy hour didn’t really start on time and was weak compared to the embassy we stayed in Ashville 2 weeks before?

Room was disgusting! Bathtub was terrible with black mold. Walls were peeling and Sheetrock coming apart. Curtains had several stains on them.

Fast efficient shuttle. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport. Check-in was fast however, the hotel was not able to print a key since the system was down. The front desk had to call housekeeping or maintenance any time I wanted my room unlocked. I received a voucher for 2 free nightly drinks and daily breakfast. Room and the rest of the property was exceptionally clean. Would definitely return here if I need to be in this area.

The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. I had and issue with my refrigerator and they came right up and fix the problem. Location was great as well. The breakfast and happy hour was so on point they get a100 for that. The best stay ever, I will be back.

The actual experience was amazing. Our only issues were the cleanliness of our room. The tub and sink still had hair on them as well as the shampoo dispensers and some of the wash clothes. We literally went and bought our own.
