First hotel is hot and humid even in the lobby We were there for 3 days and it never got any better First day we had to switch rooms due to fleas keep in mind we had already had to ask for a new mattress for the pull out bed due to it smelling and being disgusting , in that room the living area was cold but bedroom was hot The second room they gave us we were only in for a few hours due to them wanting to upgrade after the inconvenience Our final room the bedroom was cold but living area was hot Showers are super small Hotel definitely needs some upgrades and some work on the ac Lobby was always messy It was definitely one of the worst hotel expierence ive had

Absolutely loved staying here, walking distances to restaurants and the event center was easy and doable. Staff was kind and helpful. The property was clean and beautiful. I like the extra security with having to use room key to get in hotel. Would recommend!!

Very well equipped hotel and great, friendly staff. Nice breakfast albeit very busy with limited seating. Parking is by valet only and $55 per night. Great location if visiting Centennial Park or Coca-Cola Museum, but area around the hotel didn’t feel super-safe at night.

The Location of the embassy suites was great, especially if you are going to the aquarium- you can literally walk across the way, but know that you will be stopped multiple times along the way and cussed out if you dont give money, but being from Philly I am used to this. The breakfast was poor for embassy suites, they didn’t have many options for those who have food allergies & the lines were astronomically long, even on a weekday. The rooms were clean, great for families, only option for parking was valet which was $55 dollars a night. My favorite part was the Ruth Chris attached to the hotel- had an excellent meal & they have a Starbucks attached as well. There is a sweet woman who works at the little market in the hotel who made our trip a 10/10 as well.
