Our fridge leaked during our entire stay. When it was brought to the staff at the front desk, I was told that it was normal and all they could do was provide us with extra towels. We had to walk over a wet carpet and even slide at times due to the area being constantly wet.

In town for a quick overnight stay, but the accommodations made us want to stay longer. Enjoyed dinner at Ruth’s Chris, a hot breakfast the next morning, and a great city view from the room.

The check-in process was god awful. We had to wait an additional hour before getting our second room. The pushed us behind in being able to get ready for the event we were in town for. We ended up missing an hour of the concert due to the late check-in time. The rooms both smelled horrible. Overall horrible experience from this hotel.
