Our first visit to Atlanta for the Peach Bowl from Texas! Overall it was very nice and all front attendants and valet personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very spacious and welcoming thank you! My only complain on the room was the bathroom that had not been cleaned or reset. We only had 2 towels in the bathroom. I did call the front desk to let them know and ask to please send additional towels as the reservation was for the 4 of us ( my hubby, myself, and our 2 kids) . Unfortunately we did not receive our towels until the next day when I spoke to the young lady in the front, I believe her name is Amelia.. She took care of us quickly and was so sweet! Thank you! Breakfast was good, only thing is the waiting to get more food out or refill the drink machine. Other then those two all was perfect! The happy hour on 2nd floor was great, much needed and relaxing! Bartender was super sweet as well!. We will definitely come back when we visit Atlanta again :) #Hookem!

The property itself is very beautiful and the staff kind and accommodating. My only feedback is better access to staff from room. I called several times to report a microwave in the room but had to come down to get help. The lamps next to our beds did not work. The restroom was not kept up with no soap on any of the dispensers or outside in the hand sanitizers. The breakfast and room overall however was great for my family and the breakfast delicious.

This was a great hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was wonderful, and the room was spacious and nice. We used the fitness room and it had more than one would expect in a hotel. Great stay!

I was in room #1101 which is the 11th floor queen suite! I paid for a king suite they gave me a queen suite. When we got back to the room to wind down it was time for bed, I pulled the covers back because I always inspect where I sleep when traveling,I found pubic hairs and stains on the sheets.look like they haven’t been changed so I called front desk one lady said that they was going to bring fresh sheets up, I waited 2 hours still no sheets! Called front desk a wit answered I told him the situation, his voice was hostile and said he was checking people in and will bring sheets up shortly! He never did! So I slept sitting up in a chair all night. When I went to check out ,JoJo was the lady that checked me out she was really nice and said that she would refund me because that was unacceptable. We had valet parking had issues with our ticket. It was just so much disorder at the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice and clean but I had a problem with my stay. I did not enjoy and I was very uncomfortable and irritated! I was not treated right or fairly!

Need to include parking for guest with reservations. Shouldn't have to pay that plus it would be a nice incentive to bring in customers. Bar should be open longer than 2 hours and the breakfast wasn’t good at all. Plus you have to make sure you watch when you put food out people were touching and grabbing things with out washing hands and coughing over food. This can be improved with better planning.

Wonderful experience.The staff was very helpful and attentive. The property was clean and beautiful and the comfortable room was very quiet. The hotel even accommodated my small pup. My only wish was that she could dine with us at bfast and for cocktails (both were very nicely done but we had to bring ours back to the room).
