The only complaint I had was that I was staying with 6 total checked in individuals but the hotel didn’t have any towels for 4 of us, I was very dissatisfied.

Nothing Unique. Surprised to see that this property had done away with actual suites that have separate bedrooms. Room was essentially like a "Hyatt Place" product, only smaller still. Safe was mounted way too high, had to stand on a chair to use it. Coffee pot was cheap, sort of Motel 6 thing. The Buffet was huge, I'll give this property credit for that. But the tiny room and other challenges negated the breakfast. I miss the old Embassy Suites model... please bring it back.

Slow Understaffed- but friendly
Airport pick up very slow. Many other hotels shuttles very responsive. Checkin very slow. Only 1 very nice staff member available with a line of people waiting for their rooms. Very understaffed.
