The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Very accommodating. I requested an early check-in and they didn’t have a room ready just yet, so they checked my bags and recommended restaurants for lunch while I wait.

I had a very pleasant stay. Was granted the early check in and James was exceptional. Great customer service. Only complaint is breakfast. No grits and the juice was watery. Not enough toppings for the oatmeal. Red skin potatoes were good. By comparison the breakfast bar didn’t live up to the Embassy Suites standard.

Great Midtown experience

Locationa nd nearby venues was excellent. Breakfast and eating accomodations were top notch. The amenities and service and cleanliness were very good. Parking and access was simple and we felt secure. The only downsides were the comfort of the mattress and pillows which was sunken and not supportive. Additionally, once-used towels and washclothes were removed without replacement, and required a service call to be replaced.
