The hotel area is very nice within walking distance to stores and food. Hotel staff very unorganized i was charged multiple fees and told they could not find my booking and was told to pay for a new room but it was found. No clear instructions on things. Probably would not stay again.

The property was in great condition. Very very clean. I actually sat and watched one of the cleaning ladies do her turnover for the next check in and I was very impressed. I am the type of person that will go in and reclean a hotel room once I check in and no need. The con is the hidden fees, everyday I was charged a new random fee even parking ($150) when I stated I did not drive. I even was charged a double fee for the hotel room. ($485) a Random ($75) and ($50). Once I brought this to the hotel staff attention they went in a took the charges off my room, but what if I did not notice or had a card setup to alert me. I am not the only person that had random charges, charged to my room a lot of guest complained of this issue.

A superb stay at Embassy Suites, combining comfortable luxury with practical, thoughtful touches. The spacious, well-appointed suite offered a great night’s sleep, modern bathroom, and handy amenities. The complimentary hot breakfast was varied and satisfying, with friendly service throughout. The lobby and fitness facilities were inviting, and the location provided easy access to nearby attractions and dining. Overall, excellent value for families, business travelers, and couples seeking space and convenience.

Great room, horrible customer service

Hotel was clean, room was very nice, but the staff and their service could have been much better. Very rude bartender during their happy hour from 5-630 and slow check-in as only one person checked a long line of guests in at 5PM.

great location hotel

Great happy hour!! The service was wonderful at the front desk...answered all of our questions. The room was great. Only issue was the tv and figuring out the remote. Could not log onto Netflix, with our account. Will stay here again!
