Housekeeping was very loud this morning. Talking very loud, bumping, thudding, hitting rattling trash or paper, just making unnecessary and careless noise too early in the morning. Check out isn’t until 12 but the doesn’t mean that some people aren’t still sleeping. It was very inconsiderate. Although the rooms were very clean. Front desk staff were great and very helpful though.

Stayed here many times. Great location, excellent clean comfortable rooms. Sadly they charge for parking ( saved $$ with spot hero). Ice machines on 3 floors, 2 did not work. Staff seemed pre-occupied this trip, not their usual friend team. Bar f & b no food service that is a change, probably economics. No goner ale for an over priced mixed drink. Bartender seemed as if she rather be anywhere else. I will stay here again without doubt, just will lower my expectations a bit. Facility is definitely worth the expense, not many places with better rooms.

Perfection!

First, staff was amazing, friendly, efficient, super helpful, the hotel was amazing, clean, great amenities - bar, small cafe, nice patio outside! The location was perfect! Restaraunts, Starbucks and convenience store in walking distance - across the back parking lot. Jenna and Stacy were rock stars at the front desk! Will def stay again, highly recommend if you have an event at Amerisbank Amphitheater!
