Our room was nice and clean with a pretty decent view! Hated that you had to park across the street then go down the elevators and walk over. It was cold so that was annoying but if the weather is nice should be be too bad

Very modern, great gym facilities, very good mattresses, well insulated quiet rooms with excellent aircon - always good air quality in the room even with aircon off most of the time. Negatives: Breakfast area a bit small and easily overcrowded in the morning, breakfast could be better in terms of quantity/ value for money. Overall an excellent place for anyone visiting the Battery area.

We enjoyed this hotel. The parking was far walk from hotel, as it was not attached. It was all a hassle to get more towels. Other than these things, we enjoyed the stay and would stay again!

The parking situation was disappointing. The parking was shared with a bank next door. The spots were all the way in 4th and 5th floor and located across the street, and felt neither secure nor convenient. On a cold and windy night, it was especially uncomfortable walking back to the hotel. This setup is not ideal for guests looking for safety and ease of access. Would not recommend for anyone prioritizing secure and close parking.

Our stay was very good. The hotel was clean and service was good. Recommend microwave in the room, and better TV channels to offer. For example if you offer Netflix, customers could use their own passwords to access.
