Check in was smooth. Front desk clerk was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and well appointed. The in room workout equipment was an unexpected treat. The only two issues was the room was extremely dry making it difficult to sleep. I woke often needing water. I would have woke anyway to the extreme noise from the traffic and the air conditioning unit. The traffic noise should be expected in this area but the ac unit is VERY loud.

This is my second time staying at this property. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The furnishings created a relaxing atmosphere. Parking is located in a building next to the property. Overall, if you are looking for a well maintained, clean, quiet, comfortable , affordable and convenient place to stay this is it.

Perfect place to go to the ballet

This is the third time I have stayed here while attending the Atlanta ballet at the nearby Cobb Energy Center. I do wish the bar and the restaurants would have longer hours! Andrea at the front desk is a gem and keeps everything running smoothly,

Parking was a pain. no clear instructions. searched my floor for ice machine and none available. called front desk and stated only on certain floors. checked in and received two queen beds instead of my king. when I called front desk to confirm she seemed confused and then stated that my king room was flooded and this was the only other option. Just all around a poor experience. Won't be returning to EVEN Hotels.

The property was very well-maintained. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to eat dinner and attend a show at the Performing Arts Center. When a situation arose with our room, the front desk promptly fixed the situation to my satisfaction.
