A horrible night on Elm Street

This place should not be placed under hotels. It needs to be placed under motels, not only was the front desk, person not friendly, but did their best not to engage with us upon arriving going up to the elevators entryway was filthy when we got on the elevator, it was extra filthy The floor that we stayed on which was the fourth floor 410 filthy whole room filthy the walls filthy. The floor is filthy. Matter fact the only thing in there that look like it was clean was the refrigerator. The smoke detector was not even up on the wall. It was laying on the table if I tell y’all the towels look like they should’ve been at the Goodwill. The sofa was nasty. The side tables on the bed was nasty. The walls were peeling, but the carpet that leads in the hallway when I say it was extra filthy, I did not even sleep at 3 AM. Someone was jiggling the door to get in my room. I went downstairs and I didn’t realize that the front desk closes at 10 o’clock. that means if anything was to arise happen During the night there was no one on the property to help you then if I tell you, there were no hot water. We’ve been running around all day and I said well at least I could take a hot shower. No the water was cold so I give this hotel rating under a zero please do not take your kids there. This is the type of hotel that you would take a prostitute to have sex with her for a couple hours or him and you leave. This is no place for no one to stay now. I understand if you’re low on cash

I love this property from the front desk staff to the housekeepers they are all fantastic they go out there way to help you with all your things rooms are clean and in good shape the property is also maintained well it’s close to everything you would want to eat and is also right next to the Marta station very convenient great place to stay at would recommend anyone to this property….

First room I was assigned hadn’t been cleaned and needed renovation. The second room I was assigned (119) had a huge urine puddle with a wet hand towel soaked in it. The whole room reeked of urine. Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Stay Far Away! I left after 15minutes! WASTE OF MONEY If I could give negative stars, I would. This place was beyond unacceptable. The condition of the room was appalling—filthy floors, stains everywhere, and an overwhelming odor that hit me the second I walked in. The photos online were clearly false advertising. It looked NOTHING like what was promised. The staff? Completely unbothered and rude. When I brought up my concerns, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, no solution—just attitude. On top of that, basic amenities like working Wi-Fi and clean towels were nonexistent. I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and scammed. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else. This was a nightmare.

Nothing. The other guests had 4 or 5 loud unruly children, the staff was argumentative and rude. The towels were non existent unless you call a dish towel a bath towel. The wood was peeling off the drawers in the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchens didn’t have utensils plates cups NOTHING. while the advertisement on the TV in the room for the hotel Going on and on about there magnificent stocked kitchens. If I wasn’t a 6”5’ tall man. I wouldn’t have felt safe there.

Terrible experience first time from Extended America hotel chain. This hotel is old , small rooms. Horrified when saw cockroaches. Staff is good and supportive! 2 star for hotel, 4 stars for staff.
