The hotel is beautiful and staff was very helpful. The room was a little warm and I wasn’t able to adjust the temp - maybe user (me) error. It was also odd that I had a charge for a breakfast item but did not order anything. I only made coffee in my room. By the time I realized it, I decided it was minimal and not worth my time to follow-up.
