I didn’t stay here because i booked a reservation and when i got there at 4am , they stated that my room was cancelled. I called during the day and let them know i would not be able to arrive until 4 am and they stated that was fine!! The lady at the front desk didn’t care to or try to help with the situation, or try to figure out who i spoke with, pick a better front desk lady and when someone calls it should be documented so there is no confusion!

Horrible! This one manager/Staff was the Rudest ,disrespectful person ive ever met in customer service. She treated me like i was a Homeless person walking in off street harassing r begging for money. She said we dont need your money an i will cancel this reservation an you can leave ! After she gave me a room i didn't want are reserve.TV didn't work ,refrigerator didnt work , ..The worst stay ive ever had !

What a place, the lobby and bar area are nice, the customer service was ok, but other than that I wouldn't recommend, people going in and out of their rooms constantly all hours of the night then have a party in the parking lot 3 different times making noise at 1am 3am 5am like it was 5pm, no security, unattended children everywhere, climbing on furniture and tables very chaotic, didnt get any sleep, and to tip ot off I had one drink at the bar while I waited for 5 chicken wings I had ordered for my husband, the bill came to $46, that was almost half of the amount I paid for the room for the night

Worth a stay

Very warm welcome at the front desk. The young lady was extremely personable and helpful. The room was comfortable, however, it needed more lighting over the desk area and the water pressure in the sink was really low. Other than that, it was a great day. It also had a great terrace view off the main lobby for cocktail hour or just hanging out.

"Horrible place to stay"!!

Only had about 7 or 8 channels on the TV, no refrigerator, and the alarm went off 5:25 in the morning for the fire drill.very disappointed 😔☹️ for $150 room!!! And they charge you $10 to park your car!!
