Stuff at night wasn’t friendly. Waited for the shuttle for a long time and never showed up. Called the reception and they said they’ll be there. I ended up taking a taxi after a 1 hour wait. Once there at 2Am, the receptionist was rude and told me it was probably my fault I didn’t follow the instructions… I work for delta and I’m in ATL all the time and I know where the hotel shuttle are and never had a problem before

A lovely property, conveniently located near the airport and several food options! The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The staff were excellent! There was a tremendous amount of road noise, and it made it difficult to sleep. I would assume it is this way in every room that faces the interstate. When I booked the room, I did not realize this would be the case.
