Made a reservation through Hotel and management would not let me get a room. Claimed something was wrong with the payment (expired card). Mind you — I had a receipt that showed the room was paid for. When I asked buddy why was he trying to charge me again, he told me not to question him. Hotel tried calling over and over again and no one could get through. Never again will I book a room at this location.
