Has to be one of the best hotels for the money.
We got the King with a pull out couch for our daughter. From the minute we entered until we left the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious the breakfast was a hotel breakfast but was kept stocked and clean with plenty of options. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if we are in this area again.

Late in the evening, at around 11 PM, I received a call from the service desk informing me that the reservation I had made through Expedia was being canceled. It was pouring rain, visibility was poor, and I was already en route when they called to say the room I had booked was no longer available. The customer service representatives i spoke with were unhelpful and rude, adding to the frustration. We were traveling with children, and their callous behavior caused us significant inconvenience during an already stressful situation.

It is pet friendly hotel but very little to know grass to walk dogs on the facility site. The other area for improvement is the breakfast buffet, it was regularly out of food. Your rooms are nice with comfortable beds but you greatest asset is the staff, they were all so helpful. Would stay again

We were there for 3 days, room wasn't cleaned once even after asking for it to be cleaned on day two. Elevator certificate expired. Back lounge area just at patio furniture all over the place. The back entrance to the hotel leads to the second floor, of which is open all day and night due to the lock being broken. Mimi was the only thing we enjoyed. What a horrible stay, NEVER again.
