Do Better Hilton

Needs an overhaul. In room 303, mold in bathroom by tub. Vanity missing a foot. Furniture beat up. 2 out of 4 lamps worked initially and then they got a 3rd fixed. Made for a dark room. Hall carpets were filthy. Food was not Hilton quality.

Room key didn’t work and they said they were oversold and no rooms were available, and told me if I would like I can just go ahead and cancel my stay - it happened at 12:30 midnight, finally after 30-45 minutes somehow they managed to open the door for me.

I PERSONALLY LIKED HAMPTON A LOT. SOME IN MY GROUP NOT SO MUCH. YOU HAVE A GROUP OF VERY HARD-WORKING PERSONNEL.THE WERE KIND, PATIENT AND ALWAYS HELPFUL. I WOULD SURELY STAY AT HAMPTON INN AGAIN. I HAVE ONLY 2 REQUESTS. 1. YOU HAVE A CERTIFICATE HANGING IN THE ELEVATORS CONCERNING YOUR THEIR INSPECTION, IT HAS EXPIRED. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS. I FORGOT TO MENTION IT TO THE FRONTDESK. 2. A BIG CLEANING SESSION OF THE ROOMS IS NEEDED. THE CARPET NEEDS CLEANING. UNDER THE VANITY WAS DIRTY. I DO NOT MIND USING A TOWEL 2 DAYS OR HAVE MY BED MADE EVERY 2 OR 3 DAYS. The Hampton Inn Team helped make our stay an awesome one. They were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was scrumptious (loved the oatmeal in particular). Tony, one of the Hampton Inn Team members, stood out. He has a great disposition and always willing to go the extra mile. Overall, a stellar stay!

It was a rough week. A huge thank you to the staff Thank you guys for being the best part of this long week. Birigette, Lorain, Tony,and Alex were so amazing. The kindness you all have showed me in such a stressful week has helped me find happiness in the chaos. The hotel sucked (not your fault) lol but engineering, hospitality, and front desk really make the experience 10 damn stars this star rating is based off the quality of service not the hotel itself which was old and outdated. The staff deserves all raises and recognition for being the best part of this hotel. The staff can’t control the conditions of the hotel but they really delivered a Ritz Carlton experience. Thank you
