It was average. The service at the front desk was good. It appeared they didn't have enough workers to help with breakfast. It was too long of a wait for food and coffee so we went somewhere else. The rooms looked smaller than usual with all the furniture packed in. Check out was smooth.

Hampton Inn Perimeter Center in Sandy Springs was a great location for what i needed. The hotel was a solid good on all levels. It was a nice, convenient, clean place to stay for a night or two.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There’s free breakfast, free parking, and the rooms were quiet. I’m a light sleeper and I heard some people talking in the hallway when I returned to my room, but I couldn’t hear them at all after entering my room. The hotel is also in a really good location…near Publix, a bunch of restaurants, and it’s close to perimeter mall.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly. Our travel plans were up in the air due to Hurricane Helene, and the person at the front desk was very helpful, and allowed us to book an extra night and then cancel the same day for no charge. It really helped to take some of the stress out of our trip.

The hotel is in a great place. Externally, it looks great. They need to update the insides (the rooms, the halls, etc...) it's overdue. Elevator button was all but broken and elevator is very old.

Friendly staff. Check in was easy. Clean room. Only negative was kitchen staff. When we arrived at breakfast 8am. Out of sausages and potatoes. Milk container was empty. Person in kitchen wasn’t very helpful, says guess I need to make more food. Took about 2 reminders to fill milk container.

We enjoyed the room and the location was great. The gym was locked and the staff said the lock was broken and it was unavailable. The breakfast was the usual great fare of choices however the attendant seemed bothered by his job and was rude to some guests. He also delayed refilling items intentionally even when politely asked. Overall the room and location were great.

Staff was awesome! There were a few parties in front of us that were being rude and very disrespectful. Yet the staff remained calm and at ease. I had booked two rooms and they were thrilled when I told them we didn't need to be next to each other or even on the same floor! Two of the other parties had issues with that. Anyways, I will be back again!
