This place is in major need of an update. Easily the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. However, I will say, the staff we encountered were all very helpful and nice.

I stayed a couple days and GSR upon arrival was calm and pleasant. Had to be moved to another room due to hairs on floor in bathroom. 2nd room was better because of view but furniture worn, lamp didnt work and GSR Sunday night was un hospitable. 1night kids ran up and down hall prank knocking on guest rooms after 10pm. Food delivery services inaccurate; allowed to deliver to room Sat but not Sun.

I enjoyed just about everything except the extra $75 I had to pay to check in early. I felt they had me over a barrel with the charge since I didn't have a car to move around until my check in.

No king size pillows for king size bed

We had. King size bed with four small pillows. We asked for more pillows and the receptionist said they didn’t have any more. We didn’t sleep well with the small pillows they provided.
