Overall, the stay was great and the front desk staff was very personable and professional! The hotel felt safe and clean. The food bar was ok but could be better. One of the beds in the room was slanted and not leveled and there was a spot on the sheets that looked like a blood stain. The shower was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. Need more luggage carts as some guests selfishly takes them and keep them in their room and force other guest to carry heavy luggage and make multiple trips back and forth, to their room.

The property is not well maintained. The staff seems to blame guests for the shortcomings of services and resources of the hotel. The Air Conditioner had mold. The refrigerator broke down. The TV had bad colors. Even a lampshade fell in the hallway in front of the room door.

Staff was awesome, rooms was good. The only compliant was one elevator was working and the side door i couldnt get in.. tht had tape over the lock and handle part was loose it took me a couple of mins. To get in that wasnt good, anything could had happened and get in for my safety. But i had a good stay as always just minor issues.

Nice Overnight Stop

Stayed at Hampton for a 1 nighter driving from Dallas to Greenville SC. Excellent stop, perfect location and stay was nice. Enjoyed the breakfast too before continuing on. Would stay again.

Apparently, there are a lot of points of disrepair with this particular facility. Only one elevator worked. Only after I noticed the first “ out of order, sign did I notice that the two water fountains nearby also said “out of order“ followed by the out of order sign at the ice machine on my floor. The refrigerator in the room did not work, the floor close to the air-conditioning unit and window was wet, and the television had a blue color to the screen, making it pretty much unwatchable. The front desk staff was probably the best par. They were quite friendly and very accommodating.
