The hotel was close to where I needed to go very convenient. The only thing I didn't like was the microwave didn't work in the room but they did come and switch it out with one that did work.

The breakfast was really good. Full breakfast offered with eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles and and an assortment of breads. The bed was comfortable and room clean. Only drawback was that hotel very dated. Hallway carpets really old and smelled like a locker room.

The shower was luck warm to cold. The lamp flashed on and off constantly. The outlet had no power. The bathroom outlet wouldn’t keep the plug in it. The a/c was so loud we couldn’t run it. Terrible

Breakfast was the highlight. That's it. No utensils or plates, bowls in kitchen, no advertised roll away available. Our suite advertised sleeping 5 and barely slept 4. Reservation advertised 3 pm check in but was denied check in until 5pm. Had to argue with staff about honoring Expedia rate. Was told hotel didn't have to do so. Condescending desk staff. Will review on Yelp. Unacceptable.

Asked for face cloths from house keeping when they were outside of my room, never got them. I didn’t need my room cleaned just face cloths. Checking in, just seems like the customer service was an attitude
